It probably created itself as a seedling from a seed somewhere in the vicinity of Kecskemét, Hungary. It is a hardened, growing vigorously, early fruiting, high yielding variety. Its ripening time comes early after the winter, can be picked and consumed from mid-July onwards. The flesh of its medium large, downy bright red fruits is white and has some pinkish shade under the skin, while butter-like soft, pleasantly sweet-acidic, slightly fragrant, Mediterranean-like. Mainly suitable for fresh consumption and can be grown chemical-free!
