 It is an old and still very popular Italian sour-cherry variety, which raises a resistant and high yielding tree, the fruit tastes typically pleasant sour-cherry. In its original homeland, they mainly use it for fresh consumption, but most of all to make stewed fruit, cakes and sour-cherry wine!
